摘要:【目的】本文为保护珍贵树种柚木(Tectona grandis)进一步利用性信息素防控柚木上主要食叶害虫—柚木野螟(Eutectona machaeralis Walker)的危害提供科学理论基础。【方法】观察了柚木野螟进行化学通讯的主要部位—雌蛾性腺以及卵巢的形态特点,并对其卵巢的发育进度进行分级。【结果】柚木野螟雌成虫性腺为腹部第8-9节节间膜上一囊状结构,腺体在自然状态下随第8腹节套缩于第7腹节内;其内部生殖器的构造包括一对卵巢和与卵巢相连的一对侧输卵管、中输卵管、受精囊及其附腺囊;依据卵巢的长短、卵粒的大小和多少将雌蛾卵巢发育分为5级:Ⅰ级(1-2日龄)、Ⅱ级(2-3日龄)、Ⅲ级(3-4日龄)、Ⅳ级(5-6日龄)和Ⅴ级(7日龄及以上)。【结论】本研究可为进一步利用昆虫性信息素防治柚木野螟提供一定的理论依据。
【Objective】This presented paper aimed to provide a scientific basis for the protection of Tectona grandis(a precious tree species)and the further use of sex pheromones to prevent and control the damage of Eutectona machaeralis Walker(the main leaf-feeding pest on Tectona grandis).【Method】The characteristics of the female adult pheromone gland and the ovarian development were observed,and their ovarian development progresses were graded.【Result】The female adult gland was a membranous structure from 8 to 9 abdominal section,and the gland with the eighth abdominal section set contraction to the seventh abdominal section in the natural state;The internal genital structure includes a pair of ovaries and connected to a pair of side fallopian tubes,tubal,seminal vesicle and its attached gland capsule and several other parts;According to the length of the ovary,the size of the ovum and the female ovary was divided into 5 levels:Grade I(1-2 days),grade II(2-3 days),grade III(3-4 days),grade IV(5-6 days)and grade V(7 days and above).【Conclusion】The results of this study would provide some theoretical basis for the further use of sex pheromones to control the pest.
