摘要:[目的]提高精准栽培成品质量,促进春石斛的规模化生产。[方法]对春石斛盆花基质进行选择和处理,水苔分为不同密度、椰糠采用不同浸泡时间,以研究其基质理化性状、探索最佳处理时间和栽培适宜性;采用多种营养钵和托盘提高植株的稳定性。[结果]春石斛水苔基质的松紧度影响基质的含水量和浇水间隔时间,水苔密度增加则含水量提高,水苔基质浇水间隔不可超过7 d。椰糠泡水10m in,有利于洗去椰糠中的有害物质。常规生产中,假鳞茎长45 cm以下时,宜选用9 cm×10 cm规格营养钵;假鳞茎长45 cm以上时,宜选用8 cm×15 cm、11 cm×12 cm营养钵,配套托盘采用12孔改良托盘即可。[结论]春石斛栽培用水苔、椰糠在基质上盆前需要进行浸泡和调整松紧度,盆器应当采用改良的加高营养钵或托盘,以提高植株的稳定性。
[ Objective ] Improve quality of the precision cultivation, enhance the mass production of dendrobium. [ Method ] Two media of nobile type dendrobium were selection for studying sphagnum of different density,coco coir of different dip time,media water contents and optimal dipping times. At the same time, suitable tray and pot was selected from several kinds of pot and tray in order to enhance plant stability. [ Result] Degree of tightness and elasticity of sphagnum effected water contents and watering interval of media. Watering interval of media of sphagnum was less than 7 days. After coco coir was dipped in water for 10 min, bad matter of coco coir could be removed. Coir could use as media to culture finished product or half finished product. When length of pseudobulb was less than 45 cm, Dendrobium could suit for 9 cm x 10 cm pot;length of pseudobulb was more than 45 cm, Dendrobium could suit for 8 cm × 15 cm or 11 cm × 12 cm improved higher pot, relevant tray could apply 12 cavity improved higher tray. [ Conclusion] When coco coir or sphagnum was used as media of nobile type dendrobium, it must be dipping or regulating degree of tightness and elasticity before potting, improved higher pot and tray shoud be applied to improve plant stabilization.
