摘要:在清澜港红树林湿地,布设18个样地,运用典范对应分析(CCA)分析了土壤pH值、盐基总量(TS)、有机质(SOM)、S、TN、P、K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Al3+、Fe3+、Zn、Cu、Mn、Pb、Sc、Sr、V、As、Ba、Cr等共计22个因子与红树林植被分布的相关关系。结果表明:(1)清澜港红树植物种类分布与潮滩高程有关,随潮滩高程的升高,植物种类逐渐增多,红树群落结构趋于复杂。(2)土壤S、pH值、TN、Al3+及盐基是土壤化学因子中影响清澜港红树林湿地植被分布的关键因子;S(-0.594 4)和pH值(-0.532 0)与第1排序轴显著相关,TN(0.512 5)与第2排序轴显著相关,Al3+(0.530 5)与第3排序轴显著相关,pH值(-0.566 7)则与第4排序轴显著相关,盐基总量(TS)与4个排序轴的相关性都比较显著。(3)土壤微量元素Fe3+、Zn、Cu、Mn、As、Cr对红树植物群落及红树植物的分布有较高的影响作用;Fe3+、Cu、Mn、Cr与第1排序轴显著相关,相关系数分别为-0.358 7、-0.352 6、0.487 7、0.378 0;Fe3+、Zn、As与第2排序轴具有较高的负相关性,相关系数分别为-0.358 8、-0.412 8和-0.399 8。研究还表明:清澜港八门湾外(组I)和八门湾内(组II)红树林群落与土壤微量元素的相关性明显不同,反映出2种不同类型植物群落间物种组成的差异。组I的3号断面(八门湾入海口)是组I与组II的过渡区域,表现出植物群落的过渡性特点。
The distribution pattern of mangrove species and its impact factors (pH,BS,SOM,S,TN,P,Na ^+,K^+,Ca^2+,Mg^2+,Al^3+,Fe^3+,Zn,Cu,Mn,Pb,Sc,Sr,V,As,Ba,Cd,Cr) were analyzed with the method of Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA) at Qinglan Harbour,Hainan Province,China.There were total 18 plots in the study area.The mangrove species and soil factors in CCA analysis showed that the distribution of the mangrove plant species was related with the tidal fiat elevation.With the increasing of the tidal flat elevation,the mangrove plant species gradually increased,and the mangrove community structure became more complex.Soil S,pH,TN,A13+ and BS were the main soil chemical factors which affected the plant species distribution.S (-O.594 4) and pH (-0.532 0) were both significantly associated with the first axis.TN (0.512 5) was significantly associated with the second axis.Meanwhile,Al3+ (0.530 5) was significantly associated with the third axis.pH (-0.566 7) was significantly associated with the fourth axis.While,BS was significantly associated with all of the four axises.Soil trace elements (Fe3+,Zn,Cu,Mn,Cr and As) had higher effects on the distribution of mangrove species.Fe3 +,Cu,Mn,Cr were significantly correlated with the first axis,the correlation coefficient was-0.358 7,-0.352 6,-0.487 7 and 0.378 0,respectively.Soil Fe3 +,Zn and As were significantly negatively correlated with the second axis,and the correlation coefficient was-0.358 8,-0.412 8 and-0.399 8,respectively.The correlation of the mangrove community and soil trace elements between Bamen Bay (group Ⅰ) and Bamen Bay outside (group Ⅱ) was clearly different,which showed that the differences of mangrove species composition between the two different plant community types.The third sample of group Ⅰ (Bamen Bay estuary) was the transition area between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ,which showed the transitional characteristics of mangrove plant communities.
