摘要:对松节油合成保幼激素类似物 (JHA)的研究进展进行了综述。以松节油的主要组分α 蒎烯为原料 ,所合成JHA的结构可以分为 3类 ,即四元环结构的JHA、五元环结构的JHA和具有α 蒎烯基本结构的JHA。研究的现状是合成工作多 ,而实际应用少。因带有醚类基团的JHA具有较高的保幼激素活性 ,故建议加强α 蒎烯合成醚类JHA及其应用开发的研究。同时 ,建议利用与α 蒎烯结构相近的 β 蒎烯合成JHA。
Synthesis of juvenile hormone analogs(JHA)from turpentine oil was reviewed.JHA synthesized from α pinene can be classified into 3 types according to their structure.They have four membered ring structure in the middle position,five membered ring structure and the basic structure of α pinene in the terminal position respectively.A lot of JHA have been synthesized so far,but their application are relatively insignificant.Since JHA containing an ethereal group in the molecule possess high juvenile hormone activity,it is proposed that more study on synthesis and application of ethereal JHA synthesized from α pinene should be proceeded.Utilization of β pinene,which is structurally similar to α pinene and abundant in China,to synthesis JHA is also proposed.
