摘要:探讨水蒸气蒸馏法和蒸煮法采集酚醛胶重组竹板材中游离苯酚的可行性。结果表明:水蒸气蒸馏法(75、85℃)采集,10h只有少量苯酚蒸出,蒸馏效率低;蒸煮法(95℃)采集10h后,所得馏分中仍含有大量苯酚,且板材胶层已遭破坏。由此结果初步判定采用水蒸气蒸馏法和蒸煮法采集木竹制品中游离苯酚不可行。
Free phenol in PF bonded panel was collected by steam distillation and cooking,and the feasibility of the two sampling methods was investigated by the authors.The results showed that the distillation efficiency was low,only a little free phenol was collected within 10 hours by steam distillation method (under 75,85 ℃),by cooking method (95 ℃),massive phenol was still not collected after 10 hours and the glue line of PF might be destroyed.It was considered that these two sampling methods were unsuitable for the free phenol collecting from PF resin bonded wood or bamboo panels.
