摘要：广西是中国最重要的商品林基地和林业生态大省之一,林业占有重要地位,区直国有林场在生态文明建设中具有重要地位。由于诸多原因,广西国有林场林地被大量非法侵占,且有愈演愈烈之势。收复被占有国有林地,尚有许多问题亟待解决。要从加强顶层设计,理顺国有林场与驻场森林公安的关系,发挥森林公安森林资源管护的主导作用,组织严厉打击非法占用林地等涉林违法犯罪专项行动等方面入手,综合治理。
Guangxi is one of the most important commercial forest bases and forestry ecological provinces in China. Forestry plays an important role in Guangxi,and the state-owned forest farms play an important role in the construction of ecological civilization. Because of many reasons,a large number of forest lands of state-owned forest farms in Guangxi were occupied illegally;become more and more worse. To recapture these state-owned forests,there are still many problems to be solved. To strengthen the top-level design,rationalize the relationship between state-owned forest farms and forest public security;forest public security should play a leading role in the forest resource management,crack down on illegal occupation of forest land and other forest related criminal offenses,and implement a comprehensive control strategy.
