摘要:为研究华北石质山区林下真菌对凋落叶分解的影响,在北京九龙山林下凋落物层收集真菌,分离纯化得到供试菌种,并选用了杯伞(Clitocybe)、光柄菇(Pluteus)和环炳菇(Lepiota)3个菌种(分别用F1、F2、F3来表示)。采用凋落物分解袋法研究不同菌种对栓皮栎阔叶、油松针叶凋落叶及栓皮栎与油松1∶1的混合凋落叶分解过程的影响。结果表明,在不同菌剂处理下,不同类型凋落叶失重率不同。经过21个月的分解,栓皮栎在F1处理下失重率最大,为49.8%,油松凋落叶在F2处理下失重率最大,为37.2%,栓皮栎与油松的混合凋落叶在F3处理下失重率最大,为45.6%。通过指数模型回归分析发现,栓皮栎在F1处理下分解最快,95%分解时间为9.92 a;油松凋落叶在F2处理下分解最快,95%分解时间为15.13 a;栓皮栎与油松混合叶在F3处理下分解最快,95%分解时间为10.59 a。不同菌剂处理对凋落叶养分释放动态的影响:添加真菌处理后,凋落叶在分解过程中N、P元素含量均显著高于CK;C元素含量各处理间无明显差异;油松在F2、栓皮栎在F1处理下的K元素含量均显著低于CK,其他各处理无明显差异。研究表明,九龙山林下真菌对凋落叶分解有促进作用,针对不同类型的凋落叶,筛选出分解最快的真菌种类,对减少森林火灾有一定意义。
To study the effects of understory fungi in rocky mountainous areas of North China on litter decomposition,fungi were collected from the understory litter layer of Jiulong Mountain in Beijing and were isolated to produce test strains.Three fungal strains,Clitocybe,Pluteus and Lepiota(here termed F1,F2,and F3,respectively),were selected for the experiment.The litter decomposition bag method was used to study the influence of the strains on litter decomposition processes.The results showed that the weight loss rate of different types of litter differed among fungal agents.After 21 months of decomposition,the maximum weight loss rate of Quercus variabilis under the F1 treatment was 49.8%,the maximum weight loss rate of Pinus tabulaeformis litter under the F2 treatment was 37.2%,and the maximum weight loss rate of mixed leaf litter of Q.variabilis and P.tabulaeformis under the F3 treatment was 45.6%.Index model regression analysis showed that Q.variabilis was decomposed fastest under the F1 treatment with a 95%decomposition time of 9.92 years;P.tabulaeformis litter was decomposed fastest under the F2 treatment with a 95%decomposition time of 15.13 years;and Q.variabilis and P.tabulaeformis mixed litter was decomposed fastest under the F3 treatment with a 95%decomposition time of 10.59 years.The influence of different fungal agents on the nutrient release dynamics of litter was as follows:the content of N and P elements in the litter were significantly higher than the control group after adding fungi;the C content was not significantly different among the treatments;the K content in P.tabulaeformis under the F2 treatment and Q.variabilis under the F1 treatment was significantly lower than CK,and no obvious difference was observed in the other treatments.Studies have shown that understory fungi in Jiulong Mountain can promote the decomposition of litter.Regarding different types of litter,it may be important to identify the fastest fungal decomposers to potentially reduce forest fires.
