摘要:以双条杉天牛的老熟幼虫为替代宿主,人工繁育松褐天牛肿腿蜂。分别按照蜂虫比1∶1和3∶1接入雌蜂,当蜂虫比为1∶1时,子代卵期和蛹期分别为5.63 d和17.10 d;当蜂虫比为3∶1时,子代卵期和蛹期分别为5.50 d和16.90d。两比例下的子代卵期、蛹期均无显著差异。蜂虫比为1∶1时,母蜂产卵前期为7.03 d,子代幼虫期为6.73 d;蜂虫比为3∶1时,母蜂产卵前期为6.27 d,子代幼虫期为5.57 d。后者的母蜂产卵前期和子代幼虫期较前者均明显缩短,且蜂虫比为3∶1时的子代雌蜂数量、子代雄蜂数量、子代雌蜂有翅率、子代雄性比、总子代数等指标明显高于蜂虫比为1∶1时。研究证实,利用双条杉天牛老熟幼虫可以有效繁育松褐天牛肿腿蜂,蜂虫比为3∶1的繁殖效果优于蜂虫比1∶1,结果可为人工繁育松褐天牛肿腿蜂提供参考。
The mature larvae of Semanotus bifasciatus Motschulsky were used as the substitutive host to breed the parasitoid wasp, Sclerodermus alternatusi Yang, at the ratio of 1:1 or 3∶1(parasitoid number to larvae number). The results showed that the egg stage and pupa stage of the progeny of the Sclerodermus alternatusi were 5.63 d and 17.10 d with the ratio of 1∶1, the egg stage and pupa stage of the progeny were 5.50 d and 16.90 d when the ratio changed to 3 ∶1. There was no significant difference in the egg stage and pupal stage of the progeny between the treatments. When the ratio was 3:1, the pre-oviposition stage of female wasps was 6.27 d and the larval stage of the progeny was 5.57 d, both obviously shorter than their counterparts in the treatment of 1 ∶1, which were 7.03 d and 6.73 d, respectively. The number of female and male progeny, the total number of progeny, the winged rate of female progeny, and the sex ratio of the progeny of the 3 ∶1 ratio treatment were significantly higher than those with the ratio of 1∶1. The results showed that the use of Semanotus bifasciatus mature larvae to breed the parasitoid was effective, and the breeding effect of ratio 3 ∶1 was better than that of ratio 1 ∶1,which can provide a reference for artificial breeding of Sclerodermus alternatusi.
