摘要:该文以人工林巨桉为研究对象,通过短指榫指接材的嵌合纵向压缩试验来模拟指接工艺过程,分析不同嵌合度下的载荷-位移曲线,得到最优的端压范围和嵌合度,并通过生产性指接材的抗弯性能试验进行验证。试验所得的载荷-位移曲线可以按照不同的嵌合度分成双线连续、单线连续、双线间歇3种类型,其中,单线连续型曲线所对应的嵌合度0.1 mm为最优的指接嵌合度,最优指接端压范围为载荷位移曲线第一直线区域。指接材弯曲性能的验证试验表明,人工林巨桉指接的最佳端压是10 MPa,最佳嵌合度为0.1 mm。
The experiment employed a mini-finger cutter and Eucalyptus grandis to find the best endpressure and fitness ratio. The best inserting condition was sought by examining load-displacement curves observed in the simulant inserting tests. The load-displacement curves recognized to arise from different fitness ratios were divided into three types, two line continuance, single line continuance and two line discontinuance, respectively. The best fitness ratio was the one that produced the type of single line continuance, and the range of the best endpressure was judged to be from the lower endpressure to the upper endpressure in the first straight line. Then using the bending test to confer the results from inserting test, the experiment indicates that the best inserting condition is 0. 1 mm fitness ratio with 10 MPa endpressure for E. grandis plantations.
