摘要:以大百合(Cardiocrinum giganteum)和龙牙百合(Lilium brownii)作为实验材料,采用组织培养技术,研究不同鳞片部位、激素组合和培养基类型对其鳞茎诱导的影响,以探究2种植物最佳的鳞茎诱导方案。结果表明:大百合作为外植体的最佳材料来源为中层鳞片的近鳞茎盘部位,最佳诱导培养基为:MS+BA 5.0mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+ZT 0.08 mg/L;龙牙百合作为外植体的最佳材料来源为中层鳞片,最佳诱导培养基为改良MS+BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+ZT 0.01 mg/L。
Cardiocrinum giganteum and Lilium brownii were used as experimental materials to explore the optimum technique of bulb induction. The effect of bulb parts, hormone combination and medium type on bulb induction of two liliaceous plants was studied. The result showed that the best explant mate- rial of C. giganteum was the part near the bulb plate in the middle layer and the suitable medium for bulb induction of C. giganteum was MS medium with 5.0 mg/L BA, 0. 1 mg/L NAA and 0.08 mg/L ZT. While the best explant material of L. brownie was the bulb in the middle layer and the suitable medium for bulb induction of L. brownie was modified MS medium with 3.0 mg/L BA, 0.2 mg/L NAA and 0.01 mg/L ZT.
