摘要:为了明确固氮菌提高尾叶桉抗青枯病的机制,采用苗期接种固氮菌与青枯病菌的方法,测定固氮菌对桉树的促生效果,分析可溶性蛋白含量和相关防御酶的活性。结果表明,桉树苗接种联合固氮菌Ko1 2个月后,接菌苗高平均达20.53 cm,比对照苗高增加了25.72%,接种固氮菌能够提高桉树苗木成活率7.34%。接种固氮菌的桉树叶片可溶性蛋白含量可以维持在一定水平,抗病相关的防御酶SOD酶、POD酶和PPO酶活性升高,酶比活力均高于接种青枯病菌和不接种对照桉树叶片酶活力。固氮菌对桉树苗有诱导抗病的作用。
Effect of associative nitrogen-fixation bacteria on Eucalyptus urophylla growth was determined by inoculation of nitrogen-fixation bacteria and Ralstonia solanacearum on Eu. urophylla seedling. The result showed that seedlings inoculated with nitrogen-fixation bacteria had height of 20.53 cm, 25.72% higher than the control 2 months after inoculation. And the survival rate of seedlings inoculated increased 7.34% than the control. Analysis on content of soluble protein and activity of defense enzymes demonstrated that content of soluble protein of seedling leaves maintained in a stable level after inoculated with nitrogen-fixation bacteria. While the activity of SOD, POD and PPO in seedlings inoculated with nitrogen-fixation bacteria was higher than in that inoculated with R. solanacearum and in the control. The results indicated that nitrogen-fixation bacteria induced resistance ofEu. urophylla to bacteria wilt disease.
