摘要:以荷木纤维化单板为研究对象,采用真空加压、常压浸渍两种浸胶方式,在相同浸胶量的条件下,分别制备不同密度的荷木重组木,并检测其物理力学性能,从而探索不同的浸胶方式对荷木重组木性能的影响。真空浸渍时PF胶液固体含量为10%,真空保持5min,然后加压至0.8MPa保持8min,浸渍量达12%;常压浸渍用PF胶液的固体含量为16%时方能保证浸胶量达到12%。结果表明:两种浸胶方式均可制备出性能优良的荷木重组木,其中真空加压法制备的荷木重组木性能更优,且使用的胶液固含量低,可节省胶耗,原因在于采用加压浸渍,有利于胶液进入木材细胞腔内,增加渗透深度和浸渍均匀性,并产生有效胶合。
With the same amount of glue impregnating, phenolformaldehyde adhesive was applied to fibrous schimasuperba veneers in order to produce schimasuperba scrimber with different densities, which can be achieved by means of vacuum or atmospheric pressure impregnating. Physical and mechanical performances of scrimber were tested to explore effects of adhesive impregnating manners on properties of schimasuperba scrimber.Vacuum impregnation operated under 10% solid content, 5min vacuum and 0.8 MPa pressure for 8 min, while atmospheric pressure impregnating with 16%solid content. The results showed that properties of schimasuperba were significantly improved through the vacuum pressure impregnating with better performance and lower solid content. The pressure impregnating will be more helpful foradhesive permeating into the wood cell which brings about the uniformity of the penetration with effective bonding.
