摘要:本文对杨木、长白落叶松等几种短周期工业材进行材面加压与不加压干燥对比试验,探索了压力大小对防止其干燥时翘曲(本文主要指扭曲、瓦弯,下文同)变形的作用。结果表明:对杨木、火炬松、长白落叶松薄板,加压9800~10780N(1000~1100kgf/m2)时,可以有效防止或抑制其翘曲变形。对刺槐、马尾松、湿地松、日本落叶松试验结果不明显,有待进一步研究。
By comparing testing results of drying lumber from fast growing plantation species with and without surface pressuring,the authors proved that different surface pressure affected wood drying warp distortion.But a phenomenon existed that surface pressure of 9 800~10 780 N (1 000~1 100 kgf/m 2) was effective on restraining wood drying warp distortion for thin lumber of populus tomentosa,Pinus taeda and Larix olgensis, and ineffective for thin timber of Robinia pseudoacacia,Pinus massoniana,Pinus elliottii and Larix kaempferi.The reason should be studied further.
