摘要：长白山森工集团长期以来在木材生产和生态保护方面发挥着重要作用。全面停伐后,森工企业森林管护加强、木材生产缩减、职工家庭就业和收入减少,林下经济和森林旅游业得到发展,生态环境得以改善,但是仍存在企业收支不平衡、产业转型困难和职工民生问题突出等问题。因此,在天然林全面保护的前提下,从加快推进国有林区改革、创新天然林管护模式、促进产业转型发展、加强技术及就业培训等方面提出促进森工企业可持续发展的对策建议。
Changbai Mountain Forestry Enterprises Group have been playing an important role in timber production and ecological protection for a long time. After overall logging ban, in the forestry enterprises group, forest management and protection have been strengthened, timber production has been reduced, family employment and income of workers have been reduced, under-forest economy and forest tourism have been developed, and ecological environment has been improved, but there still exists many problems, such as enterprise income is not balanced,industry has difficulties to restructure up-level transformation, issues that concern their livelihood are still prominent.Therefore, under the premise of comprehensive protection of natural forests, we should accelerate reform of stateowned forest regions, innovate the management mode of protecting natural forests, speed up the industry transformation to higher level, strengthen technology and employment training, some other solutions and suggestion were also put forward to promote the sustainable development of forestry industry enterprises.
