摘要:静电喷涂技术在木门制造中的应用方兴未艾,实木复合门表层装饰薄木的表面电阻值直接影响静电喷涂效果。以实木复合门常用的4个树种装饰薄木为对象,探究其含水率和测量长度对表面电阻值的影响。结果表明:装饰薄木含水率越高,其表面电阻越小;在同样含水率条件下,测量长度越大,其表面电阻越大。
Electrostatic spraying technology has been applied in wooden door production for many years.Surface resistance of decorative veneer on a wood composite door surface can affect the quality of electrostatic spraying. Four species of decorative veneers which are commonly used for wood composite door surface decoration were selected, and then effects of moisture content and measuring length of the veneers on surface resistance were evaluated. The results showed that surface resistance of the veneers decreased with increased moisture content and increased with extended measuring length under the same moisture content.
