摘要:为了快速准确地获得叶面积信息,通过在ArcMap中加载叶面积图像的同时加设参考直尺和转换系数的方法,解决了扫描图像在ArcMap中无空间投影而无法计算实际面积的问题。利用ArcMap空间分析技术计算叶片和标准图形的面积和长度,得到一个ArcMap面积与实际面积的转换系数a≈475像素/cm,从而通过a计算叶面积、叶长度和叶周长的实际信息。结果表明,ArcMap法提取的叶面积、叶长度、叶周长信息快速而准确,相对误差小于3.93%。对ArcMap提取的叶长、叶宽、叶周长与叶面积进行了回归分析,回归方程决定系数R2都在0.89以上。其中叶长×叶宽与叶面积的拟合效果最好(R2=0.97),说明ArcMap空间分析技术应用于叶面积信息提取是切实可行的。本方法在叶面积信息提取时只用到了ArcMap一种软件,因此降低了操作的复杂性,同时该方法也适用于其他叶形的叶面积信息提取。
In order to get the information of leaf area fastly and accurately, we used adding reference scale and conversion coeffi- cient in loading the image of leaf area in ArcMap to solve the problem that the actual area of scanned image in ArcMap can- not be calculated without the space projection. The conversion coefficient between ArcMap area and actual area, a ^-475 pixel/cm, can be gained by calculating the area and lengths of leaf and standard picture by ArcMap spatial analysis tech- nology, and then the actual information of leaf area, leaf length and leaf perimeter can be calculated though the conversion coefficient a. ArcMap method can extract the length, width, perimeter and area of the leaf quickly and accurately with the relative error of less than 3.93 %. Through the regression analysis to the length, width, perimeter and area of the leaf, the determination coefficients of regression equation, R2, are all above 0.89. It is feasible for extracting the information of leaf area by ArcMap spatial analysis technology with the best imitative effect between leaf lengthxleaf width and leaf area (R2= 0.97). Only ArcMap is used in extracting the information of leaf area, so the complexity of operation is lowered. There- fore, this method also can be applied in extracting the information of leaf area with other leaf shapes.
