摘要:CBF(C-repeat binding factor)基因家族是AP2转录因子家族的一类成员,在植物抵御低温胁迫与提高抗寒性中发挥着重要作用。为探究胡杨CBF基因家族的特性,本研究在胡杨基因组水平上共搜索到8个PeuCBFs成员,分布于6条scaffolds上,其中PeuCBF1和PeuCBF5的氨基酸和编码序列相同。对PeuCBFs在胡杨8个组织和5种非生物胁迫下的表达特性进行分析,发现PeuCBFs主要在幼叶或雌雄花序中表达;PeuCBFs的表达受低温胁迫的显著诱导,同时受盐、干旱和ABA胁迫诱导,但是受高温胁迫抑制。研究结果概括了胡杨CBF基因家族的基本特性,为进一步解析PeuCBFs的功能提供了参考。
C-repeat binding factor(CBF) gene family, a class of AP2 transcription factors family, plays an important role in resisting low temperature stress and improving the cold resistance of plants. To explore the characteristics of CBF gene family in Populus euphratica, eight PeuCBFs members were identified at the whole genome. These PeuCBFs distribute six scaffolds, including PeuCBF1 and PeuCBF5 which shared the same amino acids and coding sequence. The analysis of gene expression profiles of PeuCBFs in eight tissues of P. euphratica and under five abiotic stresses, found that PeuCBFs mainly expressed in young leaves or male and female catkins;the expression of PeuCBFs were significantly induced by low temperature stress, salinity, drought and ABA stresses, but were inhibited by high temperature stress. These results provide an overview of the CBF gene family in P. euphratica and a reference for further functional research on PeuSAP genes.
