摘要：以松香和甲醛为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂进行加成反应,得到了羟甲基松香酸,对产物结构进行了分析,并探讨了反应机理。以羟甲基松香酸为前体化合物在碱性条件下,与环氧丙烷和环氧乙烷进行混聚得到新型松香聚醚多元醇,确定了最佳工艺条件,并进行了结构和性能分析。
By the addition reactions between rosin and formaldehyde catalyzed by p-toluenesulfonic acid,hydroxymethyl rosin acid was obtained,and it was also characterized.The mechanism of reaction was discussed.A novel polyether polyol was synthesized from hydroxymethyl rosin acid with propylene epoxide and ethylene epoxide catalyzed by alkaline.The optimum conditions were obtained,and the structure and property of novel polyether polyol analyzed.
