摘要:海南植物资源丰富、种类繁多,是全球生物多样性保护关键热点地区之一,同时也存在大面积的天然次生林。热带山地雨林是海南热带森林中分布面积最大的植被类型,为了探究处于自然恢复进程中的海南热带山地雨林次生林物种多样性的空间分布格局及其与地上生物量的关系,以海南尖峰岭热带山地雨林次生林64 hm^(2)大样地的物种基本信息为数据来源,分析6个空间尺度下的各项物种多样性指标空间分布特征的差异,并探讨各尺度下物种多样性与地上生物量之间的关系。结果显示:(1)物种丰富度、多度和香农威纳指数的空间分布有显著的尺度相关性,辛普森指数和均匀度指数的尺度依赖性相对不明显;物种丰富度与多度的相关性随着取样尺度的增加,由显著正相关转变为显著负相关关系,最终在200 m×200 m尺度上不再相关。(2)物种丰富度的方差变化呈单峰分布,且在小于20 m×20 m的取样尺度上急剧增加,之后平缓增加,最大值出现在40 m×40 m尺度上;物种多度的方差与取样尺度呈明显的线性递增的相关关系;其他指数的方差和变异系数则与取样尺度呈明显的线性递减的相关关系。(3)物种丰富度、物种多度、香农威纳指数、辛普森指数在中小尺度上与地上生物量均存在正相关关系,在大尺度上与地上生物量没有线性关系;而均匀度指数与地上生物量仅在5 m×5 m时呈负相关关系,在10 m×10 m时呈正相关关系,在其他4个尺度上不存在相关性。综上所述,海南尖峰岭热带山地雨林次生林的物种多样性的空间分布格局及其与地上生物量的关系存在明显的尺度效应;与其附近相同植被类型的原始林相比,次生林在局域尺度上存在明显的生物同质化现象。
Hainan is the hotspot of biodiversity conservation in the world,because of the rich plant resources and high species diversity.Tropical montane rainforest is the largest vegetation type of the tropical forests in Hainan,but it is dominated by large areas of secondary forests.To assess the spatial distribution pattern of species diversity and its relationship with aboveground biomass in the secondary tropical montane rainforest,the basic information of species in 64 hm^(2) plot of secondary tropical montane rainforest in Jianfengling,Hainan was investigated.The differences in spatial distribution characteristics of species diversity indices at six quadrat sizes were analyzed,and the relationship between species diversity and aboveground biomass at six quadrat sizes was discussed.The results showed that:(1)From the perspective of species richness,abundance and Shannon-Wiener index,their spatial distribution showed significant scale dependence,while the scale dependence of Simpson index and Pielou′s evenness index was not obvious.The relationship between species richness and abundance changed gradually from positive to negative with the increase of sampling scales,and finally the relationship was no longer significant at 200 m×200 m scale.(2)Variance of species richness showed a unimodal distribution,increased sharply at the sampling scale of less than 20 m×20 m,then increased slowly,and the maximum value appeared at the scale of 40 m×40 m.With the increase of spatial scales,variance of the species abundance increased linearly,but the variance and coefficient of variation of the remaining indices decreased linearly.(3)In addition to the Pielou′s evenness index,the remaining species diversity indices were positively correlated with aboveground biomass at the small and medium scales,and had no linear relationship with aboveground biomass at the large scales.And the Pielou′s evenness index was negatively correlated with aboveground biomass at the 5 m×5 m scale,and positively correlated at the 10 m×10 m scale.In summary,the spatial distribution pattern of species diversity and its relationship with aboveground biomass in the secondary tropical montane rainforest were obviously affected by the spatial scales.Compared with the nearby primary forests,the secondary tropical montane rainforest had obvious biological homogeneity at the local scale.
