摘要:在温州市范围内采集10个树种(柳杉、马尾松、杉木、樟树、乐昌含笑、木荷、杜英、苦楝、无患子、枫香)枝、干、叶、皮样品,采用K_2Cr_2O_7-H_2SO_4氧化法测量碳含量。结果表明,不同树种各个部位碳含量数值大小顺序表现不完全相同,除柳杉、杉木外,树干碳含量最高,树皮碳含量最低,不同树种同一器官碳含量算数平均值存在一定差异;针叶树种各器官碳含量变动范围为0.497~0.537g·g^(-1),常绿阔叶树各器官碳含量变动范围为0.412~0.553g·g^(-1),落叶阔叶树各器官碳含量变动范围为0.439~0.544g·g^(-1);针叶树种算术平均碳含量(0.519g·g^(-1))高于常绿阔叶树(0.506g·g^(-1))和落叶阔叶树(0.490g·g^(-1))。研究不同树种及其各器官碳含量,对于准确计算浙南地区森林碳储量和推进当地林业CCER项目开发具有重要意义。
The study of carbon content of various tress species and their organs has great significance for accurate calculation of forest carbon reserves in southern Zhejiange and for the promotion of local forestry CCER project.The branches,trunk,leaves,bark were sampled respectively from 10 tree species(Cryptomeria fortunei,Pinus massoniana,Cunninghamia lanceolata,Cinnamomum camphora,Michelia chapensis,Schima superba,Elaeocarpus decipiens,Melia azedarach,Sapindus mukorossi,Liquidambar formosana)in Wenzhou area and the carbon concentrations of different organs were determined by using the method of K 2Cr 2O 7-H 2SO 4.The results showed that the order of carbon concentration of different organs from different tree species were not exactly the same.Except for Cryptomeria fortunei and Cunninghamia lanceolata,the trunk had the highest carbon concentration and the bark had the lowest carbon concentration for the rest tree species.And there were some differences among mean arithmetical value of carbon concentrations for the same organ from different tree species.The rang of carbon concentrations of different organs varied from 0.497-0.537 g·g-1 for coniferous trees,from 0.412-0.553 g·g-1 for ever-green broad-leaved trees,from 0.439-0.544 g·g-1 for deciduous broad-leaved trees.The mean arithmetical carbon concentration for coniferous trees(0.519 g·g-1)had higher value than ever-green broad-leaved trees(0.506 g·g-1)and deciduous broad-leaved trees(0.490 g·g-1).
