摘要:【目的】针对大规格油茶容器苗培育周期长、成本高等问题开展研究,油茶提高种苗生长效率,实现速培育。【方法】以长林4号、40号和53号1年生油茶容器苗为试验材料,利用盆栽试验测定枯草芽孢杆菌和哈茨木霉菌施用浓度对油茶种苗生长的影响。【结果】苗高、地径、干物质重量和根冠比在加入枯草芽孢杆菌后,4号增加6.26%、2.49%、21.87%和30.77%,40号增加24.32%、11.51%、52.63%和61.70%;加哈茨木霉菌后,4号增加3.98%、-8.85%、25.51%、30.77%,40号增加39.39%、21.34%、80.73%和69.61%;53号在加入枯草芽孢杆菌后干物质重量增加21.90%。根系长度在4号、40号和53号加入枯草芽孢杆菌和哈茨木霉菌后分别较CK最大提升48.78%、57.32%、-22.51%,77.37%、121.42%、-35.33%;4号和40号的根系直径和根系表面积显著高于CK,其中枯草芽孢杆菌和哈茨木霉菌加入后根系直径分别提升39.23%、53.51%,88.18%、117.67%,根系表面积提升48.98%、69.79%,123.67%、134.56%。4号、40号和53号在加入枯草芽孢杆菌的叶片SPAD值较CK分别最大提升-12.81%、1.54%、-5.85%,叶面积分别提升1.50%、18.04%和-13.51%,长宽比分别为-9.61%、22.84%、-3.86%,形状系数为2.66%、4.41%和2.24%;哈茨木霉菌后较CK分别最大提升0.28%、1.47%、-4.44%,叶面积分别提升0.90%、1.85%和12.88,长宽比分别提升-6.43%、5.56%、0.57%,形状系数为1.76%、2.36%、2.07%。【结论】综上所述,两种菌剂的分别加入对40号根茎生长和物质积累等均得到大幅度提升,4号根系生长和物质积累显著增加,53号根茎生长和物质积累受到抑制,但叶面积变化较大;哈茨木霉菌对种苗生长促进作用好于枯草芽孢杆菌,4号和40号分别以200、150~200 g/m3为宜。
【Objective】This study aimed at the long cycle and high cost problems of the large-scale cultivation of Camellia oleifera container seedlings,to improve the growth efficiency of the seedlings and realize the rapid large-scale cultivation of C.oleifera container seedlings.【Method】The growth of the container seedlings of different varieties,including Changlin#4,Changlin#40 and Changlin#53,was determined by pot experiment after adding different concentrations of Bacillus subtilis and Trichoderma harzianum.【Result】The results showed that after adding Bacillus subtilis,the seedling height,ground diameter,dry matter weight and the ratio between root and shoot of Changlin#4 increased by 6.26%,2.49%,21.87%,and 30.77%,respectively,and those of Changlin#40 increased by 24.32%,11.51%,52.63%,and 61.70%,respectively.After adding Trichoderma harzianum,the above parameters of Changlin#4 increased by 3.98%,-8.85%,25.51%and 30.77%,respectively,and those of Changlin#40 increased by 39.39%,21.34%,80.73%,and 69.61%,respectively.The dry matter weight of Changlin#53 increased by 21.90%after adding Bacillus subtilis.After adding Bacillus subtilis and Trichoderma harzianum to Changlin#4,Changlin#40,and Changlin#53,the root length increased by 48.78%,57.32%,-22.51%,77.37%,121.42%,and-35.33%,respectively.The root diameter and root surface area of Changlin#4 and Changlin#40 were significantly higher than those of CK.After adding Bacillus subtilis and Trichoderma harzianum,the root diameter increased by 39.23%,53.51%,88.18%,and 117.67%,respectively,and the root surface area increased by 48.98%,69.79%,123.67%,and 134.56%,respectively.Compared with CK,the value of SPAD of Changlin#4,Changlin#40 and Changlin#53 after adding Bacillus subtilis increased by-12.81%,1.54%and-5.85%,respectively,the leaf area increased by 1.50%,18.04%and-13.51%,respectively,the length-width ratios were-9.61%,22.84%and-3.86%,respectively,and the shape coefficients were 2.66%,4.41%and 2.24%,respectively.Compared with CK,after adding Trichoderma harzianum,the SPAD value of Changlin#4,Changlin#40 and Changlin#53 increased by 0.28%,1.47%and-4.44%,respectively,the leaf area increased by 0.90%,1.85%and 12.88%,respectively,the length-width ratio increased by-6.43%,5.56%and 0.57%,respectively,and the shape coefficients were 1.76%,2.36%and 2.07%,respectively.【Conclusion】To sum up,the addition of the two strains significantly improves the growth and substance accumulation of Changlin#40,and the root growth and matter accumulation of Changlin#4,however,adding the two strains could inhibit the root growth and matter accumulation of Changlin#53 accompanying by notable variations in leaf area.Trichoderma harzianum has a better effect on the growth promotion of seedlings than Bacillus harzianus,and concentrations of 200 and 150-200 g/m3 Trichoderma harzianum are suitable for Changlin#4 and Changlin#40,respectively.
