摘要:本文研究分析了杨木P-RC APMP制浆和松木/杨木混合P-RC APMP制浆综合废水的污染负荷和主要特征,并对其废液固形物、有机物、无机物含量、固形物中所含元素种类与含量做了较全面的对比,重点比较了两种废液蒸发性能和燃烧性能。结果表明:杨木P-RC APMP制浆废液固形物热值是13.872 MJ/kg,膨润体积10.02mL/g。松/杨混合P-RC APMP制浆废液固含物热值14.536 MJ/Kg,膨润体积14.24 mL/g。这两种废液固形物的燃烧性明显优于化学非木浆黑液,但稍逊于化学木浆黑液。
Characteristics of effluents from poplar P-RC APMP pulping and pine with poplar P-RC APMP pulping were investigated.Total solids of the effluents,organics,inorganics,and the kinds of metal elements and their content in the solids were studied and fully analysed.Basic parameters were provided for realizing zero discharge by comparing evaporating performance and combustibility of the two kinds of effluents.The results are as follows: calorific value of the solid of effluent from poplar P-RC APMP pulping is 13.872 MJ/kg,expanded volume is 10.02mL/g,and these of pine/poplar mixture P-RC APMP pulping are 14.536 MJ/Kg and 14.24 mL/g.Visibly,combustibility of the two effluents is better than that of black liquid from non-woods chemical pulping,but just a little bit worse than that of black liquid from wood chemical pulping.
