摘要:采用小气候箱法测定家具板材有机挥发物释放,并利用气相色谱仪和液相色谱仪等定量分析。结果表明:中密度纤维板素板甲醛释放量较高,为VOC释放总量的88.9%;薄木贴面中密度板TVOC释放量较高,为VOC释放总量的78%;油漆薄木贴面中密度纤维板TVOC释放量与薄木贴面中密度纤维板差异不大,甲醛释放量很少,苯系物相对较多。纤维板表面贴薄木可有效抑制甲醛的释放,释放量降低94%;贴面薄木喷涂油漆导致苯系物释放明显增多。涂料以及贴薄木所用胶粘剂和隐蔽剂是家具TVOC增大的主要原因。
Volatile organic compounds emission from furniture plates were determined by small-scale chamber and analyzed by HPLC and GC.The results showed that formaldehyde emission from MDF was higher than others,which amount was 88.9% of VOC.TVOC emission from MDF veneered veneer was higher and accounted for 78%.Less formaldehyde and more benzene released from spray MDF veneered veneer that had little difference in TVOC emission comparing with MDF veneered veneer.Veneer could inhabit the emission of formaldehyde which decreased 94%,but benzene increased.Coating and adhesive used in veneered veneer and hidden agent indicated the amount of TVOC emission increased.
