摘要：研究了松香在惰性气体保护下于180~270℃之间进行高温热处理1~4 h后酸值变化规律。结果表明,松香酸值随着温度升高和时间延长呈下降趋势,温度高于250℃,松香酸值下降加速。250℃以前4种松香酸值下降程度顺序为:云南松松香、思茅松松香、湿地松松香、马尾松松香,260℃以后4种松香酸值下降程度由大到小排序是:马尾松松香、云南松松香、湿地松松香、思茅松松香。控制在260℃以下热作用1 h以内,或250℃以下热作用3 h以内,可以保持松香酸值在合格范围内。
The variation relationships of acid value of rosin were studied through the treatment at 180-270℃ for 1-4 h in inert gases.As results,the acid value of rosin decreased with the increasing of treatment temperature and time,and the acid value fell down more quickly over 250℃.The acid value falling sequences are as Yunnan pine rosin,Simao pine rosin,slash pine rosin,and masson pine rosin below 250℃,and as masson pine rosin,Yunnan pine rosin,slash pine rosin,and Simao pine rosin over 260℃.The acid value would b...
