摘要:应用循环白水方法研究了高得率浆细小纤维及其对抄造性能的影响。结果表明,高得率浆中细小纤维含量在20%以上;用循环白水制得的纸页比用清水制得的纸页空气阻力提高339%、物理强度提高9.3%~93.4%、光学指标提高1%~10%,由此表明细小纤维对抄造性能影响很大。高得率浆必需建立白水循环系统。
Fines from high yield pulp and their effects on the sheetmaking properties were studied. Basedon the resuIts,the fines content is higher than twenty percent.Compared with the paper made with tapwater,air resistance,physical properties and optical indices of the paper made with recirculating white wa-ter were 4.39,1.09~1. 93 and 1. 01~1.10 times of the former respectively,It shows that the fines havegreat infulence on the sheetmaking properties.
