摘要:华仁杏Armeniaca cathayana D.L.Fuet al.是2010年新发表种,其核壳薄、种仁甜、含油率高、油质上乘,具有极高的经济价值和广阔的开发利用前景。利用SSR分子标记技术研究了华仁杏与杏A.vulgaris和山杏A.sibirica的亲缘关系,并重点研究了我国杏属仁用资源的主要栽培类群大杏扁的分类学位置。SSR聚类分析结果表明:华仁杏与杏、山杏的亲缘关系较远,种级分类地位成立;大杏扁与华仁杏亲缘关系较近,种级分类上应归于华仁杏,是华仁杏的栽培变异类群。本研究科学地解决了大杏扁如何起源这一长期争议的关键学术理论问题,为杏属仁用资源研究与新品种选育奠定了科学基础。
Armeniaca cathayana D.L.Fu et al.,a new species described in 2010,has important economic values because of its thin endocarps,sweet kernels and sources of high quality oil.Using SSR molecular markers,the genetic relationship among the species of Armeniaca cathayana,A.vulgaris,and A.sibirica and the taxonomical position of cultivars of kernel-apricot were investigated.This study shows that: A.cathayana is a new species using SSR cluster analysis.This species has farther sibship with A.vulgaris and A.sibirica.The cultivar groups of kernel-apricot cultivated in China have closer sibship with A.cathayana,and belong to the cultivars of the species Daxingbian apricot has a closer sibship with A.cathayana,belongs to A.cathayana accordin to species-grade classification,and is a variation cultispecies.The results provide a conclusive evidence in unveiling the mystery of kernel-apricot origin,and a scientific basis for breeding and germplasm resource research on kernel-apricot.
