摘要:采用动态顶空采集吸附对侧柏在一年四季释放的挥发物进行采集,同时结合Licor-6400便携式光合系统测定仪测定其主要生理生态指标,目的是了解侧柏挥发物的主要成分、变化规律等。结果表明:一年四季侧柏共释放挥发物成分202种,包括烷烃、烯烃、炔烃、醇、酮、醛、酸、脂、芳香烃及醚10类化合物,其中烷烃和烯烃质量分数较高,烯烃中的萜烯类化合物出现频率和相对质量分数最高,因此萜烯类化合物是侧柏的主要有机挥发物;侧柏总挥发物质量分数的季节变化规律是夏季>春季>秋季>冬季,其中在春季和冬季日变化呈"两峰两谷"形,夏季和秋季日变化呈"三峰三谷"形。总体上表现为白天从9:00—13:00和夜间从20:00—次日3:00常出现高峰,白天5:00—9:00和17:00—21:00常出现低谷。经相关分析得到,总挥发物质量分数释放与采样时温度、湿度、光照、蒸腾速率、净光合速率、气孔导度关系密切。
Samples were collected by dynamic headspace method,and the physiological and ecological indexes were measured by Licor-6400 in order to study the variation of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from Platycladus orientalis in different seasons. Results showed that a total of 202 kinds of VOCs released by P. orientalis were identified in different seasons,which belong to 10 classes. The relative concentrations of alkane and alkene are higher,and the frequency of occurrence and relative concentration of terpene are highest,so the main VOCs from P. orientalis are terpene. The TVOCs concentration in summer is the highest,followed in a decreasing order by spring,autumn,and winter. The daily variation of TVOCs concentration presents "two peaks and two troughs" in spring and winter and "three peaks and three troughs" in summer and autumn. TVOCs concentration always presents a peak at 09:00-13:00 and 20:00-3:00 and a trough at 05:00-9:00 and 17:00-21:00. Correlation analysis indicates that the TVOCs concentrations have close correlations with air temperature,relative humidity,light intensity,transpiration rate,net photosynthetic rate,and stomatal conductance.
