摘要:木材阻燃体系的选择应考虑其热解特性,选取人工林珍贵树种柚木、楸木和速生材杉木、辐射松为研究对象,通过化学成分和热重(TG)分析试验,研究热解特性、热解动力学模型和参数,为阻燃体系选择提供理论依据。结果表明:四种木材的热解过程均可分为失水、过渡、剧烈降解和成炭等四个阶段;柚木、楸木的最大热解速率温度、活化能和活化因子均低于杉木和辐射松,适用于热解温度相对较低的阻燃体系。
The selection of a wood flame retardant system is closely related to its pyrolysis characteristics.To provide theoretical bases for thermal degradation and flame retardant system selection,the chemical composition and thermo gravimetric(TG)analysis experiments were conducted on the wood of teak(Tectona grandis)and catalpa(Catalpa bungei)from plantations,as well as using wood samples of Chinese fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata)and radiata pine(Pinus radiata)as control groups.The pyrolysis characteristics,thermal degradation kinetic models and parameters were explored.The results showed that:1)the pyrolysis process of the four wood species could be divided into four stages:water loss,transition,severe degradation and char-forming;2)the temperature under maximum decomposition rate,activation energy and activation factor of teak and catalpa were lower than those of Chinese fir and radiata pine.The teak and catalpa wood are suitable for a flame retardant system with relatively lower thermal decomposition temperature.
