摘要:研究了马来海松酸环氧树脂的化学结构,并表征了固化反应的性能。研究结果表明,马来海松酸环氧树脂是一种三官能度缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂,分子量为600~1500,聚合度1~2.5。经DSC分析测得它与四氢邻苯二甲酸酐反应的活化能为101.95kJ·mol ̄(-1)。采用不同同化剂同化后的环氧树脂具有优良的机械性能和较好的耐热性。
Chemical structure and characteristies of maleopimiaric acid epoxy resin were studied.It was foundfrom the results that maleopmaric acid epoxy resin was a three-funetionality glyeidyl ester type epoxy resinwith molecular weight between 600~1500 and the degree of polymerization was 1~2.5. The reaction of ma-leopimaric acid epoxy tesin with tetrahydrophthalic anhydride was studied by DSC method, and the curing re-aetion energy was 101.95kJ· mol ̄(-1).T the epoxy resin cured with different curing agents had excellent me-cbanical properties and better heat resistance.
