摘要：山水林田湖草生态综合治理是我国生态文明建设的重要实现手段,也是我国未来生态治理的重要方向。文中简要梳理了国外生态系统治理的理论及方法,并以苏格兰斯佩河集水区生态综合治理为研究对象,整理分析了斯佩河集水区的管理计划议题、目标及行动方向,总结了该集水区生态综合治理的实施措施及其成效,提出可资借鉴的经验和启示,以期为我国开展山水林田湖草生态综合治理提供实例参考。
The integrated management of mountains, waters, forests, fields, lakes and grassland ecosystems is one of the important approaches to promoting the development of ecological civilization in China, and also represents the essential direction of the future ecosystem management across the world. The paper briefly reviews the international theories and approaches for ecosystem management, and takes the Spey Catchment in Scotland as the case to analyze the topics, objectives and actions included in the Spey Catchment Management Plan, and summarizes the practices that have been adopted for facilitating the integrated ecosystem management in the catchment. Then the experience and lessons learned from Spey Catchment case are concluded, with an aim to provide references for the integrated management of mountains, waters, forests,fields, lakes and grassland ecosystems in China.
