摘要：松香是一种天然可再生资源,其主要成分为三环二萜类树脂酸。松香与不同亲二烯体进行Diels-Alder(D-A)加成反应可以制备松香基二元酸、三元酸,甚至四元酸,对产品进行后处理,可得到纯的相应产物。松香多元酸经过酯化、酰化等反应,得到松香多元酸的衍生物,这些衍生物目前已广泛应用于造纸施胶剂、油墨用水性树脂、涂料用环氧树脂和醇酸树脂、工业用胶黏剂、具有生物活性的药用中间体等。松香多元酸作为石化产品的替代原料,有着可观的应用前景。本文对松香多元酸的制备、研究进展情况进行了综述,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
Rosin is an important natural resource,rosin-based polyacids are modified products from rosin through D-A diene addition reactions according to the differences of dienophile,with which rosin-based binary,tertnary and quaternary acids can be prepared respectively.Corresponding pure products can be obtained upon post-processing.Rosin-based polyacids derivatives can be made through esterification and acylcation,which have applications in papermaking,printing ink,paint,adhesives,pharmaceuticals,bio-pesticide and so on.This paper reviews the research progress in preparation and application of rosin-based polyacids,and prospects for future development are also presented.
