摘要:为了筛选大型运输容器减震器用木材,对泡桐、柳杉、杨木、落叶松、杉木等多种人工林木材进行了大变形抗压测试及减震性能分析。结果表明:仅密度达0.4 g/cm3的杉木,能满足大型运输容器减震材料要求,其资源极其有限;通过对低密度人工林杉木进行树脂浸渍增强改性,提高其减震性能,使其能满足大型运输容器减震材料要求,从而可充分利用人工林杉木资源。
We studied the shock absorption performance of several plantation woods of Paulownia wood,Sugi wood,Poplar wood,Larch wood,Chinese-fir wood in China by the large deformation compression testing to find out the suitable wood to make the large shock absorber. Only Chinese-fir wood with a density up to 0. 4 g / cm3 could meet the special needs with limited natural resource. Through resin impregnation modification the shock absorption performance of low density Chinesefir wood could be improved and also met the material requirements of the special large shock absorber for full use of the plantation wood.
