摘要:研究了环保增塑剂DOTP的合成工艺,结果表明,磨浆可有效减小粒径促进反应,得出了体系中酯醇物质的量之比与泡点的关系,及Y=0.0002X2-0.0307X+0.3439;并通过正交实验得出合成的最佳工艺条件为:醇酸物质的量之比为2.6∶1;催化剂用量0.5%,当反应3h后,酸值即可小于2mgKOH·g-1,反应6h可达到0.63mgKOH·g-1,温度仅230℃左右。
The preparation process of DOTP from terephthalic acid and isooctyl alcohol was studied, the results showed that pulping can effectively reduce the particle size and promoting reaction; The relationship between molar ratio of alcohol and the bubble point was concluded, it's Y=0.0002X2-0.0307X+0.3439; orthogonal experiment showed that the ideal reaction conditions were: the ratio of the molar ratio of alcohol and acid is 2.6:1; catalyst is 0.5%, when the reaction continue 3 hours, the acid value can be less than 2mgKOH ·g^-1, reaction 6 hours can reach 0.63 mgKOH· g^-1, temperature is only about 230℃.
