摘要：本文遵循科学性、可靠性和可操作性的原则,采用专家打分法和层次分析法,结合区域特征构建综合评价体系,从生物多样性现状、威胁和保护三个方面,对新疆生产建设兵团所在区域生物多样性进行综合评价。评价结果显示,新疆生产建设兵团境内生物多样性急剧下降的趋势已得到缓解、威胁依然存在、保护措施尚不充分。建议建立生物多样性信息平台和定位观测站,健全保护和监测体系,提高公众保护意识。
Followed the principles of scientific,reliable and operational,comprehensive of biodiversity was carried out by using expert scoring method and AHP for Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(XPCC).Results showed that the trend of sharp decline of biodiversity has been alleviated,but threats still exist and protection measures are inadequate.And we recommend that governments should establish a biodiversity information platform,improve protection and monitoring system,and raise public awareness of protection to protect the biodiversity of XPCC.
