摘要:以栎木、番龙眼、桃花心木和相思木四种地板用材为研究对象,在150℃下分别热处理4、8 h和12 h,研究热处理工艺对地板用材尺寸稳定性的影响。结果表明:随着热处理时间的延长,在吸湿性方面,四种木材在不同温湿度条件下的平衡含水率、湿胀率、吸湿滞后比降低,吸湿滞后值增加。在吸水性方面,四种木材的吸水率有所下降。热处理能够提高木材的阻湿率、抗胀率和拒水率,显著改善其尺寸稳定性。在这四种木材中,低温长时间热处理对桃花心木尺寸稳定性的影响最大。
In this paper,the four kinds of flooring materials inlcuding Quercus spp.,Pometia spp.,Swietenia macrophylla,and Acacia mangium were taken as the research objects,which were then heat-treated at 150℃for 4,8 h,and 12 h,respectively.The effects of different heat treatment processes on the dimensional stability of solid wood flooring materials were studied.The results showed that with the increasing of heat treatment time,the EMC,swelling efficiency,hygroscopic hysteresis ratio,and water absorption of the four kinds of wood flooring materials decreased,but their hygroscopic hysteresis values increased.Water adsorption efficiency was reduced with the extend of heat treatment time.The moisture excluding efficiency,anti-swelling efficiency,and repellent water efficiency were significantly improved,meanwhile the dimensional stability was enhanced by heat treatment.The influence of long duration and low temperature heat treatment on the dimensional stability of Swietenia macrophylla was greater than other wood flooring materials.
