摘要:生态产品价值实现是经济社会发展全面绿色转型的必然要求和重要着力点。借助产业链理论,文中将生态产品价值实现过程解析为涵盖投入、生产、加工、流通、营销和服务6大核心环节的全产业链过程;以此为基础,结合各地实践案例,探究产品、服务、信息化平台、特色品牌和环节衔接等生态产品产业链增值途径,搭建以深层生态为增值本底、核心环节为增值基础、内外驱动为增值动力、资源配置为增值约束、目标协同为增值保障的增值内在逻辑框架;最后,从全空间谋划、全要素驱动、多主体参与的系统性角度提出生态产品价值实现的推进路径。
The value realization of ecological products is an inevitable requirement and a key strength of promoting the all-round green transformation of socioeconomic development.Using the theory of industrial chain,the paper analyses the process of realizing the value of ecological products as the whole industry chain process covering six core links:input,production,processing,circulation,marketing,and service.Based on the cases studies,the value-addition pathways to the ecological product industry chain have been explored,including through products,services,information platforms,specialty brands,and linked connections.A intrinsic logical framework of value-addition is established,with eco-environment as the value-addition base,industrial chain links as the value-addition process,internal and external driving factors as the value-addition momentum,resource allocation as the value-addition constraint,and goals synergy as the value-addition guarantee.At the end,a systematic approach to realizing the value of ecological products is proposed from the perspectives of whole-range planning,full-factor driving,and multi-stakeholder participation.
