摘要：投融资及税费问题是制约中国竹产业发展的重要因素。本文阐述了中国竹产业投融资的现状,回顾了林业税费改革的历程,对当前存在的问题进行了归纳和分析,提出了进一步完善竹产业投融资及税费政策的建议。
Investment and taxation are the important restrictive factor in the bamboo industry development in China.The paper expounds the status of investment and reviews the course of forest taxation reform.Through the conclusion and analyses of the existed problems,the paper presents the suggestions of further improvement of bamboo industry investment and texation policy.
