摘要:[目的]探讨不同种源栓皮栎种子各性状的变异。[方法]通过收集和测量来自栓皮栎自然分布区的北京、安徽、陕西、河北、山东、河南、云南、湖南等8个省15个地理种源的种子,运用SPSS 18.0软件对栓皮栎种宽、种长、种子长宽比、单果重等性状进行统计分析。[结果]不同种源栓皮栎的种长、种宽、种子长宽比、单果重等性状差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);种宽和单果重与种子长宽比呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),其中种宽与单果重间呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);种长与单果重呈显著正相关(P<0.05);而种子其他性状间均未达显著性相关水平(P≥0.05);单果重与经度呈显著正相关(P<0.05),其他生态因子与种子性状相关性不显著(P≥0.05);聚类分析显示15个种源的栓皮栎可聚为3类。[结论]栓皮栎不同种源间种子性状存在丰富的变异,栓皮栎种子性状可能受到遗传信息,栽培方法及生态因子的共同影响。
[ Objective ] The aim was to reveal the variation of seed traits in Ouercus variabilis. [ Method ] Seed traits of fifteen geographical provenance of eight provinces in China which were Beijing, Anhui, Shaanxi, Hebei, Shandong, Henan, Yunnan, Hunan were assessed and analyzed by using SPSS 18. 0. [ Result] The results showed that four kinds of seed traits in Q. variabilis exhibited extremely significant variation (P 〈 0.01 ). Seed length and weight of seed were significant negative correlation with seed length/width (P 〈 0. 01 ). Seed width was significant positive correlation with weight of seed ( P 〈 0.01 ). Seed length and weight were significantly positive correlation ( P 〈 0.05 ). Other traits were not reach significant level (P≥0.05). Cluster analyses showed that the fifteen provenance of Q. variabilis could be clustered into three clades. [ Conclusion]There were abundant variations in different provenance of Q. variabilis. The seed traits can be affected by genetic information, cultivation method and ecologicol factors.
