摘要:生物质微波辅助液化技术是新型、高效的生物质利用技术,可以解决传统生物质液化技术中存在的液化时间长、液化产物黏度高和生产成本高等问题。生物质微波辅助液化技术由于微波电介质加热的特殊性,因而与传统液化相比其影响因素既有相似之处又有不同之处。笔者对生物质微波辅助液化中的主要影响因素,如生物质含水率、加热速率、液固比、生物质物料特性和溶剂种类等研究现状进行了分析和论述,提出了今后的研究方向及建议。
Microwave assisted liquefaction of biomass is a new and efficient biomass utilization technology. This liquefac- tion method can not only significantly shorten the the time of liquefaction, but also can reduce the viscosity of the lique- fied products and the cost of production that derived from conventional hiomass liquefaction technology. Due to the partic- ularity of microwave dielectric heating in microwave-assisted liquefaction of biomass, its influence factors have both simi- larities and differences comparing with the conventional liquefaction. Effects of liquefaction conditions including moisture content of biomass, heating rate, ratio of solvent to biomass, biomass material characteristics and solvent species on the microwave assisted liquefaction of biomass were summarized and reviewed in this paper. The suggestion and the future o- rientation were nainted.
