摘要:将动态化学键引入热固性聚合物中合成的动态可逆交联聚合物一方面具有稳定的共价交联网络,力学性能优异,另一方面通过动态共价键的断裂和重构可重排其网络拓扑结构,具有良好的自修复和重复加工性能,突破了热塑性聚合物和热固性聚合物的界限,具有很大的实际应用潜力。本文介绍了基于Diels-Alder反应、双硫键交换、酯交换、转酰胺反应、亚胺键和酰腙键交换、硅氧烷平衡、烷基转移、烯烃复分解反应等动态共价键制备动态可逆交联聚合物的研究进展,并对未来研究的发展趋势作出展望。
The dynamically reversible cross-linked polymer synthesized by introducing dynamic chemical bonds into thermosetting polymers had a stable covalent cross-linked network and excellent mechanical properties. The network had good self-repair and repeat processing performance by rearrangement of the network topology through the breaking and reconstruction of dynamic covalent bonds.The technique showed great potential application in industry by breaking the boundaries between thermoplastic and thermoset polymers. The research progressed in dynamically reversible cross-linked polymer preparation by dynamic covalent bond based on Diels-Alder reaction,disulfide bond exchange,transesterification,transamidation reaction,imine bond and acylhydrazone bond exchange,siloxane equilibrium, transalkylation, olefin metathesis reaction were introduced. Furthermore, prospects for future research development trends were discussed.
