摘要:近几年,随着药用植物栽培面积的不断扩大,栽培中的连作障碍问题日益突出,严重危害着药用植物的正常生长发育和药材品质。文章从化学物理障碍和生物障碍2个方面分析了连作障碍的发生与危害;总结了药用植物连作障碍的主要防治途径,包括轮作、土壤灭菌、合理施肥、选育抗性品种及采用拮抗菌等;最后,展望了微生物制剂在解决药用植物连作障碍上的应用前景。
Recently, continuous cropping obstacle has been considered as an increasingly great chal- lenge due to scale-up cultivation of medicinal plants,which exerts negative impacts on the growth and qual- ity of plants. In this paper,the causes include chemical physics and biological barriers responsible for con- tinuous cropping obstacles were discussed. Some effective measures including rotation, soil sterilization, ra- tional fertilization,breeding of resistant varieties, and use of beneficial soil microorganisms were listed. In addition,the future prospective of using microbial agents (such as PGPR) to resolve these problems were also briefly discussed.
