摘要:制备了6种桉木(Ea~Ef)和2种相思木(Aa和Ab)热磨机械浆(TMP)的热水溶出物,比较了其抗氧化性差异,并通过非靶向/靶向液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MS)技术分析热水溶出物中含有的物质种类及结构,解析其中具有抗氧化性的物质结构,定量测定关键抗氧化性物质的含量。研究结果表明:相比单段漂白(s)工艺,洗净漂白(w)下同一树种的可漂性显著提高,最高白度增幅达4.80个百分点,桉木e(Ee)热水溶出物的抗氧化性最强,对DPPH自由基的半数抑制质量浓度(IC_(50))为33.29 mg/L,强于商业抗氧化剂BHT(IC_(50)值为47.38 mg/L);提供溶出物抗氧化性的物质结构不仅包括酚羟基,多重共轭结构对抗氧化性也有较大贡献;对比能够提供抗氧化性的物质含量发现,桉木c(Ec)热水溶出物中鞣花酸含量最高,质量分数为161.51 mg/kg。
In this study,hot water residues from six kinds of eucalyptus(Ea-Ef)and two kinds of acacia(Aa and Ab)thermomechanical pulps(TMP)were prepared,and their antioxidant differences were compared.The types and structures of substances contained in the hot water residues were analyzed by non-targeted/targeted liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)techniques.The structures of substances with antioxidant properties were analyzed,and the content of key antioxidant substances was quantitatively determined.The results showed that compared to single-stage bleaching(s),the bleachability of the same wood species was significantly improved under washing and bleaching(w)and the highest whiteness increased by 4.80 percentage points.The hot water residues from Eucalyptus e(Ee)had the strongest antioxidant properties,the half maximal inhibitory mass concentration(IC_(50))of DPPH free radical was 33.29 mg/L,which was stronger than the commercial antioxidant BHT(IC_(50) value was 47.38 mg/L).Meanwhile,not only phenolic hydroxyl groups but also multiple conjugated structures contributed significantly to the antioxidant properties.By comparing the content of substances that could provide antioxidant properties,it was found that the hot water residues from eucalyptus c(Ec)had the highest content of ellagic acid,and the mass fraction was 161.51 mg/kg.
