摘要:[目的]探讨北热带岩溶区主要树种苹婆幼树的光合蒸腾特性。[方法]利用1年生苹婆实生苗,经盆栽和控水试验,研究其净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、水分利用效率等的变化。[结果]长期干旱胁迫和正常供水的苹婆幼树,其净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、水分利用效率有极显著差异,干旱胁迫将导致净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度显著降低,而水分利用效率有所提高。[结论]苹婆属于光合速率、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率较低的树种。
[Objective] The aim of this paper was to study the photosynthesis and transpiration characteristics of S.nobililis seedlings under different water conditions.[Method] The effect of water stress on the net photosynthesis rate,transpiration rate,stomata conduct,intercellular carbon dioxide concentration and water use efficiency of 1-year old seedlings of S.nobililis was studied by pot experiment.[Result] There were significant difference in net photosynthesis rate,transpiration rate,stomata conduct and water use efficiency of the S.nobililis seedlings under pot experiment of different water conditions.The condition of long-term water stress generated the decreasing ofthe net photosynthesis rate,transpiration rate,stomata conduct of seedlings obviously,whereas increasing the water use efficiency.[Conclusion] The S.nobililis belong to a tree of lower photosynthesis rate,transpiration rate and water use efficiency.
