摘要:以福建30种主要用材树种为研究对象,运用层次分析法(AHP)依据树种的强度和密度、尺寸稳定性、木材结构、握钉力、色泽与花纹、涂饰与胶合性能、天然耐久性7个指标建立层次结构模型,构造评价指标的判断矩阵,并根据各项指标的重要性计算各指标的权重,从而确定作为实木家具用材树种的优劣次序。结果表明:花榈木、黄檀、格木、楠木为较优良的家具用材,而枫香、木荷、巨尾桉和泡桐则较差。研究结果可为实木家具用材树种的选择和开发提供参考。
Thirty wood species in Fujian were evaluated in this study. A hierarchy model was established using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Seven factors were adopted to build the judgment matrix, i.e. , strength and density, dimensional stability, wood structure, screw holding strength, color and grain pattern, coating and bonding performance and natural durability. The weights of the factors were used to evaluate the suitability of the wood species as furniture material. The results showed that Ormosia henryi, Dalbergia hupeana, Erythrophleum fordii, and Phoebe zhennan were superior to Liquidambar formosana, Schirna superba , Eucalyptus grandis x E. urophylla and Paulownia. The rating provides reference standard for choosing wood species used as soild-wood furniture material.
