摘要:【目的】为阐明不同林窗类型对林下南方红豆杉(Taxus wallichiana var.mairei(Lemee&H.Léveillé)L.K.Fu&Nan Li)幼苗生长和养分库构建的影响规律。【方法】对设置在江西大岗山杉木成龄林中方形和带形林窗下的南方红豆杉生长、根系发育和养分库含量进行测定分析。【结果】林窗对南方红豆杉生长、根系发育和养分库含量影响显著(P<0.05)。方形林窗大小为8 m×8 m时,地径和冠幅生长量显著高于其它处理和对照(P<0.05),达到最大,地径、苗高和冠幅生长量分别比对照增长49.6%、27.8%和93.9%,同时具有最大根生物量、干生物量、枝生物量、叶生物量、根长度、根表面积、根平均直径、根体积和根尖数,最高的全磷、淀粉、可溶性糖和养分库含量,分别比对照增长19.1%、31.2%、26.8%和26.4%。带形林窗大小为8 m×15 m时,地径生长量显著高于其它处理和对照,达到最大,比对照增长54.1%,同时具有最大根生物量、干生物量、根长度、根表面积、根平均直径、根体积和根尖数,最高的可溶性糖和养分库含量,分别比对照增长44.9%和27.4%。【结论】8 m×8 m的方形林窗和8 m×15 m的带形林窗处理对南方红豆杉幼苗生长促进效应最佳,建议在人工促进南方红豆杉林下更新中应用。
[Objective]To clarify the effects of different forest gap types on the growth and nutrient pool construction of Taxus chinensis var.mairei seedlings.[Method]The growth indexes,root development indexes and nutrient pool contents of Taxus chinensis var.mairei under different square canopy gaps and belt gaps in the mature forest of Chinese fir in Dagangshan,Jiangxi were determined and analyzed.[Result]The results showed that the forest gap had significant effects on the growth,root development and nutrient pool content of Taxus chinensis var.mairei.When the square forest gap size was 8 m×8 m,the growth of ground diameter and crown width were significantly higher than those of other treatments and the control,reaching the maximum(P<0.05).The growth of ground diameter,seedling height and crown width increased by 49.6%,27.8% and 93.9% respectively compared with the control,and had the maximum root biomass,dry biomass,branch biomass,leaf biomass,root length,root surface area,average root diameter,root volume and root tip number.In the construction of nutrient pool,the treatment of 8 m×8 m square gap had the highest contents of total phosphorus,starch,soluble sugar and nutrient pool,which increased by 19.1%,31.2%,26.8%and 26.4% respectively compared with the control.When the forest gap size was 8 m×15 m,the growth of ground diameter was significantly higher than that of other treatments and the control,reaching the maximum,54.1% higher than that of the control.At the same time,it had the maximum root biomass,dry biomass,root length,root surface area,average root diameter,root volume and root tip number,the highest soluble sugar and nutrient pool content,44.9% and 27.4% higher than thos of the control,respectively.[Conclusion]8 m×8 m square forest gap and 8 m×15 m strip forest gap had the best growth promoting effect on the seedlings of Taxus chinensis var.mairei.It is suggested that they should be used in the artificial promotion of under forest regeneration of Taxus chinensis var.mairei.
