摘要:分别以油脂基多元胺PA-130和PA-130T为固化剂,与双酚A环氧树脂E51和E20,可挠1型环氧树脂,环氧稀释剂及70#沥青制备了环氧沥青材料。通过红外光谱、力学性能测试及扫描电镜分析研究了物料配比、固化时间、固化温度、环氧树脂组成对环氧沥青材料性能的影响。结果表明,以PA-130为固化剂制备的油脂基环氧沥青材料,在80℃固化4 h后拉伸强度为6.7 MPa,断裂伸长率达130%。以PA-130T为固化剂制备的油脂基环氧沥青材料在室温下固化7d后拉伸强度为6.41 MPa,断裂伸长率达155.29%。PA-130和PA-130T具有原料来源丰富,价格适中的特点,可广泛应用于中低温环氧沥青复合材料。
The epoxy asphalt materials were prepared by bisphenol A epoxy resin E51 and E20, flexible type 1 epoxy resin, epoxy diluent, 70# asphalt and curing agents of grease-based polyamines PA-130 and PA-130 T. The effects of material ratio, curing time,curing temperature, epoxy resin composition on the performance of epoxy asphalt materials were investigated by infrared spectroscopy,mechanical performance testing and scanning electron microscopy analysis. The results showed that the tensile strength and elongation at breakoff grease-based epoxy asphalt material prepared with PA-130 as the curing agent after curing at 80 °C for 4 h was 6.7 MPa and130%, respectively. Those of grease-based epoxy asphalt material prepared with PA-130 T as curing agent after curing for 7 days at room temperature were 6.41 MPa and 155.29%, respectively. The PA-130 and PA-130 T have the characteristics of abundant raw material sources and moderate price, which can be widely used in medium and low temperature epoxy asphalt composite materials.
