摘要:目的:对5份沙棘种质资源的综合品质进行差异性分析,为进一步深入开发利用优质沙棘资源提供理论依据。方法:以蒙中杂交沙棘无性系QQHE-19-02、QQHE-19-04、QQHE-19-06和QQHE-19-08为研究对象,以深秋红品种为对照,从植株长势、果实形态、果实质量、果实颜色及果实品质等方面,进行变异分析、相关性分析、线性回归分析和灰色关联度分析,计算果实品质综合得分并排序。结果:(1)QQHE-19-02的树体长势偏弱,株高为213.33 cm,冠幅为131.67 cm,明显低于其他4份沙棘种质资源,QQHE-19-04、QQHE-19-06、QQHE-19-08与深秋红长势差异不明显;(2)5份沙棘资源的果实形状有所差异,QQHE-19-06的果实基本为圆球形,而QQHE-19-02、QQHE-19-04和QQHE-19-08的果实为长圆形,深秋红果实为圆柱形;(3)5份沙棘种质资源15项果实性状指标变异系数分布在8.17%~32.14%之间,其中,果实内在品质指标的变异系数分布范围最广,处于8.85%~32.14%之间,说明果实品质性状多样性相对丰富;(4)沙棘果实的纵径和横径对百果重产生影响显著(P<0.05),果实质量与糖酸含量相关关系均显著(P<0.05),而维生素E则相对独立,与其他指标相关关系不显著(P>0.05)。结论:5份沙棘资源在试验地均能正常生长,生态适应性较强。5份沙棘资源表现由好到差顺序依次为:QQHE-19-06>QQHE-19-08>QQHE-19-04>深秋红>QQHE-19-02。
Objective:To provide theoretical basis for further development and utilization of high-quality seabuckthorn resources,the comprehensive quality differences of 5 seabuckthorn germplasm resources were analyzed.Methods:The Mongolian and Chinese hybrid seabuckthorn clones(QQHE-19-02,QQHE-19-04,QQHE-19-06 and QQHE-19-08)were taken as the research objects,and‘Shenqiuhong’varieties were taken as the control.From the aspects of plant growth,fruit shape,fruit color and fruit quality,variation analysis,correlation analysis,linear regression analysis and grey correlation analysis were carried out.The comprehensive score of fruit quality was calculated and ranked.Results:(1)The tree growth of QQHE-19-02 was weak.The plant height was 213.33 cm and the crown width was 131.67 cm,which was significantly lower than the other 4 seabuckthorn germplasm resources.There was no obvious different between QQHE-19-04,QQHE-19-06,QQHE-19-08 and‘Shenqiuhong’.(2)The fruit shapes of 5 seabuckthorn resources were difference.The fruits of QQHE-19-06 were basically round,while those of QQHE-19-02,QQHE-19-04 and QQHE-19-08 were oblong,and‘Shenqiuhong’were actually cylindrical.(3)The variation coefficients of fruit traits of 5 seabuckthorn germplasm resources ranged from 8.17%to 32.14%.The coefficient of variation of fruit intrinsic quality index ranged from 8.85%to 32.14%,indicating that the diversity of fruit quality traits was relatively rich.(4)The longitudinal and transverse diameters of seabuckthorn fruits had significant effects on fruit weight(P<0.05).Fruit quality was closely related to sugar and acid content,while vitamin E was independent.Conclusion:5 seabuckthorn resources could grow normally in the test site,and the ecological adaptability was strong.The performance of the 5 seabuckthorn resources from good to bad was as follows:QQHE-19-06>QQHE-19-08>QQHE-19-04>Shenqiuhong>QQHE-19-02.
