摘要:介绍了国内外常用伐木机构的主要结构和工作原理,并根据我国林业现状和采伐作业需求设计了伐木清林两用机的核心部分—伐木工作头。该伐木工作头由液压系统驱动连杆机构运动及油锯锯链沿圆盘导板高速旋转,以实现对树木的快速高效切割;采用四爪式夹抱机构,每个抱爪都由对应的液压油缸控制,夹抱过程灵活方便;采用锯链的线切割方式代替圆盘切割方式,极大地减小了旋转切割时的摩擦阻力,提高了工作效率;采用SolidWorks软件对伐木工作头进行三维设计和模拟,优化了各部分的结构。
The main components and working principle of most logging mechanisms at home and abroad are introduced. Based on the present situation of forestry and the needs for logging operations in China,the core part,logging head,of harvesting and clearing equipment is designed. The logging head driven by hydraulic system connecting rod mechanism motion and the rotation of the saw chain along the disc plate at a high speed help realize quick and efficient cutting of trees;a fourclaw type is adopted,with each of them controlled by a corresponding hydraulic cylinder,featuring a flexible and convenient process;disc cutting is used to replace the linear cutting method of the chain saw,greatly reducing the frictional resistance during rotary cutting,improving work efficiency;SolidWorks software is used to conduct 3D design and simulation of the logging head and optimize the structural design of each part.
