摘要:基于重点国有林区2003~2014年84个森工企业面板数据,采用DEA-Malmquist模型评估了两种全要素生产率,运用SYS-GMM动态面板模型研究影响因素进行实证分析,结果显示:(1)森工企业单属性全要素生产率增长比多属性全要素生产率更快;(2)森工企业两种全要素生产率增长均主要得益于技术进步的贡献;(3)全要素生产率增长具有明显的累积效应,即森工企业前期全要素生产率增长越快,现期全要素生产率增长越快;(4)地区经济发展水平有利于全要素生产率增长,但非政府投资不利于全要素生产率增长。最后,讨论了这些结论的政策启示。
Based on the panel data of state-owned forest enterprises in key state-owned forest districts, this paper adopted DEA-Malmquist Model to measure two kinds of TFP and DPD Model to analyze their impacting factors. The result showed that: Firstly, TFP1 was higher than TFP2. Secondly, the TFP increase was mainly due to techno- logical progress. Thirdly, when TFP of the early period growed faster, TFP of the current period growed faster. The accumulative effect of TFP change was quite apparent. Fourthly, district economics development level was benefit to the TFP, but non-governmental investment was not benefit to TFP growth. Finally, this paper also discussed the policy implications of these findings.
