摘要:通过对中密度纤维板和刨花板的闭式切削实验,研究了不同锯齿前角、切削厚度、切削速度等参数对切削力的影响规律。结果表明:主切削力和法向力皆随前角的增大而呈减小趋势;通常情况下,相同锯齿前角切削时,刨花板的主切削力和法向力皆比中纤板大。切削厚度对切削力的影响显著,主切削力和法向力均随切削厚度增加而增加。切削速度对切削力的影响相对较小,随着切削速度的增加,主切削力和法向力均略有减小。
Through the closed cutting experiment of the medium density fiberboard and particleboard,the paper studied the rule for the influence of different rake angle,cutting thickness and cutting speed on cutting forces in the process of cutting.Following main conclusions are obtained:the main and perpendicular cutting force of the wood-based panels tend to decrease with the increase of the rake angle.Normally,when the rake angle is the same,the principal and perpendicular cutting force of the particleboard is bigger than the MDF.The cutting thickness had significant effect on the cutting forces.The principal and perpendicular cutting forces were all increased with the rise of cutting thickness.The main and perpendicular cutting forces of MDF and the perpendicular cutting force were all decreased with the rise of the cutting speed,and had a relation with the cutting speed.
